STATE FARM JOB OPENING

The hourly rate of pay is usually around $8.68 an hour. The job will be for about 15 hours a week for this person to work. They are flexible in the office on when those hours are.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acts as a receptionist during staff meetings
  • Fills in during vacations
  • Assists with meeting preparation, as assigned
  • Maintains files & manuals as assigned, including those for ESP offices
  • Answers phones on a backup basis
  • Assists other team members with special projects, as needed
  • May draft letters or other materials, as directed
  • Assists with mail sorting and routing, faxing, copying, and other duties
  • Assists in the orderly upkeep of the AFO, including the meeting room
  • Assists with ordering supplies
  • Performs miscellaneous duties, as assigned
  • Performs data entry as assigned

Internships Contracts and Expectations

  • Dress Professionally
  • Know exactly where your business is located
  • Be Professional - Arrive early
  • Be Respectful
  • Bring your internship contracts
  • Bring something to write with/on
  • Your internship can in any 3 hour block (i.e. from 8:00 - 11:00, 8:30 - 11:30, 8:45 - 11:45, 9:00 - 12:00) or you may make other arrangements with R/B and site approval
  • Realize this is a 3 hour long commitment - that means that you are to be at your internship for three hours - driving time is not part of the three hours
If you do not have an Internship - you are responsible for the following (and more!!)
